Bankruptcy in Atlanta – Solution to Your Bill Problems
As an Atlanta bankruptcy lawyer, I help consumers and small businesses attain freedom from overwhelming debt. Filing bankruptcy can be the key to freedom from unmanageable debt and harassing bill collectors, and it can also provide consumers with the benefit of retaining assets threatened with foreclosure. Bankruptcy is an extremely complex area of law, leaving both consumers and inexperienced lawyers wrestling with questions such as which chapter to file, whether you can keep your house and car, and which debts can be wiped out in bankruptcy.
Get Out of Debt Now!
As an experienced Atlanta bankruptcy attorney, I can help high-income individuals pass the means test to qualify for Chapter 7, structure a repayment plan through Chapter 13, or help a small business reorganize through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I primarily help people file bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of Georgia, although I will also, in certain circumstances, file cases in the Middle District or Southern District of Georgia.

How I’m Different
ALL WORK DONE BY ME: I will personally handle your case throughout the entire bankruptcy process, including helping you restore your credit after bankruptcy. Your case will never be handed down to a paralegal or an inexperienced, “fresh out of law school” attorney. I will be your trusted legal adviser and counselor every step of the way.
PROMPT RETURN OF CALLS: One of the things my clients continually rave about, especially those who have used the services of other attorneys, is that I am always quick to return a phone call. I usually return calls and emails the same day, but it’s almost always within 24 hours.
RESPECT AND COURTESY: I will always treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect. I see many attorneys talk down to their clients, get frustrated at their lack of understanding of the bankruptcy code, and openly mock them in court. This frustrates me to no end, as the bankruptcy code is a difficult beast to tackle - even for seasoned attorneys. I will take the time to listen to your story and help you transition out of this difficult time as smoothly as possible.
INFORMED: I will always keep you informed about the status of your case. Because I run a paperless office, I can send you copies of everything I file with the push of a button. You will always be prepared and always know what comes next in your case.
AVAILABLE: As your bankruptcy attorney, I am available to answer emails and phone calls most of the day. I will also respond to emails on the weekends, unlike most.
PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE: I strive to offer the best service possible at a price my clients find affordable even through the roughest of times. Having said that, I do offer a very personalized service, and I do not offer filing fee only payment plans (Chapter 7 for $306 down or Chapter 13 for $281 down). If you are employed, I am more than happy to work out an affordable payment plan for you in a Chapter 7. In a Chapter 13, most of the fees are paid through your plan payment through the Chapter 13 trustee, so less money is required up front. I find that my fees are very competitive for a Georgia bankruptcy attorney and extremely fair given the high level of service I provide.
